Domina - 2025 Reg. Percheron Cross
Introducing Domina- a name that means Lady Boss, and she wears it well.
This striking filly is sired by registered Percheron Cross, CC Capone and out of the registered Percheron mare, Belle View Ariana, bringing the best of both worlds: the feminine elegance to turn heads and the substance and power to back it up. (Sire & Dam are the last two photos). Projected to mature around 17h, Domina is BIG and built right, she’s muscular, and commanding in presence, balanced against that power is her feminine, pretty face and graceful movement. Domina is 62.5% Percheron, with an abundance of strong Percheron characteristics, including an enormous hip, broad shoulder and good bone. Her overall style is pure baroque beauty, but what really sets this filly apart is her absolutely incredible mane and tail. Domina has a thick, long double mane and an equally impressive tail, giving her that extra bit of flowing, unicorn-like hair that so many people love. If you’re a fan of a horse with all the hair, this girl is sure to catch your eye! Domina is black and carries rabicano, inherited through her sire, Capone. Her long, white tail with a bold black stripe running right through it is absolutely striking. Talk about unique! It’s one of those features that makes her stand out from the crowd. Just imagine that gorgeous tail dressed up in a braid! (And just to clear up a question we’ve had a few times: Domina is not going gray, she does not have a grey parent, therefore she can not carry the grey gene. She does have a roan parent, with lines known for producing roan AND rabicano, which is responsible for her distinctive markings.) Domina floats across the pasture with beautiful extension, fantastic rhythm, and effortless lead changes. She’s not heavy or clunky, but handy, balanced, and smart on her feet, making her light and elegant despite her size. Her temperament is sweet, inquisitive, and people-oriented. She learns quickly, loves attention, and is already being led in and out of the barn by children. This filly is fancy, athletic, and kind, the type you can trust to shine in the show pen and prove herself every bit as useful out on the trail or ranch.
